Relaxation Therapy

1. Abyngam or Body Massage

Special oil massage. This reduces mental tensions, improves vitality, increases strength and functional efficiency of muscles.

  1. Synchronized Massage: This is another package comprising of synchronized massage using medicated oil prepared from 10-15 herbs. This oil massage improves physical consistency, betters eye sight, induces sleep, reduce high blood pressure and eliminate the impurities in the system.
  1. Udwarthanam (Powder Massage): Helps the person to reduce obesity, impart mobility to joints and strengthen muscles. This is achieved after a deep dry massage of herbal powders. The most promising effect in the sliming of the person's body.

2. Dhara

  1. Thailadhara: Medicated oil is poured on the forehead and head of the person, thereby aiding him to tone up the brain and improve memory. Sirodhara is effective for curing paralysis, senile dementia, and other neurological malfunctions. This is also a recommended course for rejuvenating one's physical constitution.

  2. Thakradhara: Aims at curing disorders like insomnia, depression, burning sensation within the head, psoriasis etc. The therapy calm the person, using medicated butter milk which is poured on the forehead.

  3. Ksheeradhara: Recommended for insomnia and mental tension.

  4. Kadidhara: Helps in the sudation of the person with the warm water used by cooking fermented grains. This offers a relief from rheumatism.

3. Sirovasti

It is another efficient treatment method in which oils is kept over the head in special cap closely fitted around the head of the person for an hour. Past experience has proved that this treatment is an excellent remedy for facial palsy, head ache and various neurological disorders connected with brain.
