Aim:

A basic purification, various types of body Massages, Snehana, Swedana, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Sirodhara, Elakizhi, Podikizhi, Sirovasthy, Nasyam, Steam bath, Thakra Dhara, Dhanyamla Dhara, Dhoopanammrma Massage.
