Aim:
As per Ayurveda most of the diseases occur because of the toxins accumulated in our body. So this is essential to get rid of these toxins and purify the body. This therapy will cleanse the body and mind in such way that Ayurveda proposes.
Treatments included:
This therapy includes three phases, poorva Karma (Preparatory method), Pradhana Karma (Main Treatments) and Paschat Karma (Rejuvenation) which includes preparatory methods like Snehanam, Swedanam, OilMassage, Sirodhara, Elakizhi, Podikizhi, Pizhichil, Njavarakizhi, Sirovasthy, Panchakarma methods like Nasyam, Virechanam, Vasthy, etc. and all rejuvenating treatments.

2 to 3hrs/day
Diet:
The client has to follow a special Ayurvedic diet.
